Hi, I'm JM Locsin, but you might also know me on the internet as Miss Retsuko!
I am a self-taught artist and 12th grade student pursuing Multimedia Arts at CIIT Senior High School, hoping to eventually switch to BSEMC (Game Dev) when I begin my college years.I mostly like drawing original characters, and especially enjoy character design and writing, be it stories or worldbuilding. Right now, I'm working to improve my programming and 3D modeling skills, especially in the area of game development! Outside my usual field, I'm also a huge fan of fighting games, mostly the game Guilty Gear. I create a lot of different kinds of content on YouTube! Voice dubs, memes, compilations, game replays, and many other types of content make up the majority of my stuff. In light of this, I also participate in and occasionally organize a number of regional and worldwide fighting game competitions. At the moment, I'm also considering a career in E-sports commentary.As of recently, I am currently working on "Project Mirage", a visual novel game starring Retsuko Escarlate, my OC! I'm in charge of everything related to the visuals, and I hope to gain enough knowledge in game development to hopefully make this project come to life.

Terms & Conditions
- Due to my busy schedule as a student, your commission may take a while to finish, so please be patient!
- I have every right to decline a commission I find difficult or uncomfortable.
- Please send references! They're highly needed.
- All commissions done are preferably for personal use only, and by personal use I mean it can be used as a profile pic, banner, etc.
- I retain all rights to all my works. Reposts are completely fine as long as I am credited properly. However, any form of stealing such as tracing will absolutely not be tolerated.

- OCs/Character ref sheets (Mostly)
- Fan-art
- Couples (Straight or LGBTQ+)
- Slight nudity (Revealing clothes, suggestive poses, etc.)
- Slight gore (Blood splatters, minor injuries, etc.)

- Full NSFW/Gore (I esp won't do incest)

- Complex poses/backgrounds
- Offensive material (Anything that involves dark jokes can gtfo)

Payment
- At least half of the payment is needed for me to start working on your commission. But do remember to pay the other half before I finish it.
- The final product will be sent to you ONLY if the full payment has been settled.
- Main mode of payment will be PayPal or GCash. (For Filipino clients mainly)
- You are allowed to see sketches of your commission, but refrain from posting them publicly without my consent.
